Wrong parcel delivered
I ordered a iPhone Air through Sky and this was due to be delivered by DPD. Had a email with an hour time slot, it didn't arrive . The next two days on the run when tracking my parcel through DPD it said delayed held at depot, due to unexpected issue in your area. On the fourth day had an email with time slot , parcel was delivered. Box was intact and sealed when I opened the box all that was inside was an iPhone 17 pro max case, not my phone as expected. I have rang both Sky and DPD. None were very helpful, has anyone had the wrong parcel turn up and had this dealt with and can advise me what else to do to resolve this issue and get my phone.

If you have rang Sky then they will need to investigate this along with DPD and this doesn't appear to be a speedy process so will probably take a little while to be completed so in the meantime there isn't much you can do but to wait until they have completed this.
