Wrong number saved on SIM card

Wrong number saved on sim I can't you FaceTime or iMessage and I have tried changing the number and it's stuck on verifying

If you have transferred your number from a different network to your Sky sim then has Sky you that this has been completed and that it has now transferred over ?
