Worsening Service

Hi there. My family and I live near to Winchester and have always had a poor mobile signal but it has been workable. I am not sure if the recent upgrades to 4 and 5G have created problems for us but over the last 2 weeks we have lost service for days on end and when the service comes back, 1 bar. Obviously have been through the service desk to get help which was very painful as it is always. This is not the first time this has happened and it continues to create problems as I work from home and rely on the mobile as we have no fixed phone. Anyone else experiencing this in the Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester areas. I have written an official complaint as Sky now appear not to be able to provide a decent service to me. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. My Best. Jon
