Wife cannot make a voice call

God day,

My wife and I have recently switched and moved from BT to SKY with our old BT numbers.

I've set the SIM's as per SKY instructions OK but my wife cannot now call out on her phone. She can text, email OK but no voice call.

I have switched her phone power on and off, treble checked the SIM insert is as per the book, but still no voice from her phone to mine, or to the house phone. I also requested a network settings download.

Any idea's please?

At 85 years old, I'm not too hot on mobile tech, so be gentle...

Sorry to labour this topic...

Her SIM is in her mobile phone, so can please advise how I can obtain any help on her problem from a Landline Talk community board?

Apologies...I see now that you were trying to make me aware that the Talk Board is purely landline 'Talk' and not mobile related.

I'll try again to find someone on a Sky Community Mobile Board....
