Since last week I have been unable to make Wi-Fi calls from my honor 400 lite, it was working ok before then stopped, I get no mobile signal whatsoever in my flat and without Wi-Fi calling I am not able to contact any body. I did a network reset, no help, a full factory reset, also no help. I'm disabled and need my mobile as I am housebound.. I don't know what to do next
