Hi @RobHearn  because picture messages (mms) are chargeable. Why do you think you should not be charged for sending them ?

Because they are chargeable unlike plain text messages.

I would advise turning the MMS protocol off on your phone.

 

Under certain conditions MMS will be used (e.g. for pictures or long messages that cannot use SMS).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
