Why is the order physical SIM option hidden? Does SKY try and stop os from getting physical SIM?

We bought a new ipad which came with an eSIM. I don't want to use this service in the ipad since the ipad is at home 24/7 so it has wifi but I want to use this service elsewhere. I am trying to get a physical sim but no matter what options I try, no matter what links I click I don't find any options to order a new physical sim card to replace the eSIM with it.  Weird and suspicious enough, I was chatting on the livechat about this, which got disconnected and now I can't find my way back to the livechat anymore.

So what the hekk is going on? I dont care about the eSIM, I want a physical SIM card, is that such a big problem?
