Why is my old devices showing on my device list as now I can't upgrade they been fully paid years ago thanks

Hi @Proudnanna devices only come off your account that have been sent back to sky. If the ones that are left are stopping you from adding new devices then you would need to phone sky on 150 for help placing an order.
