Why is my new mobile phone credit agreement not available

I'm trying to get a copy of my new mobile phone contract to claim free gifts but it's not available on my account

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
