Sky have taken a payment on the 1st October and the 11th and now it says payment due 26th October surely this can't be right it was supposed to be 37 a month payments

Yes am new to sky mobile. I set the direct debit up for the 11th every month I don't know why they took a payment on the 1st I had the phone a week and they took the full 37 pound. Now it's saying another payment is due 26th

Once the first two bills have been paid you can change the billing date if you want.
