My phone with sky mobile has recently starting sounding like I'm underwater, I be on a call within minutes the call goes all muffled and sounds like the person is underwater its only on normal calls. FaceTime is fine as through wifi but when I call normal it's awful. It's starting to annoy me now. Even tried to call sky about a problem I can't hear them due to the issue of calls going muffled

You could try a replacement sim incase it is this has developed a fault:
