Sky is all over europe and therefore should not be charging their customers . O2 and Vodafone are free roaming.

They might do but as Sky are a different company then clearly their policy is different as in the world of business all companies have separate rules and policies so just because one or two might not charge doesn't mean others will.

Not entirely.

Unless you took out a Vodaphone contract before August 2021 you are charged the same £2 as Sky.  And even then the policy kicks in that starts charging after 14 days.

O2 have limits, fair usage policy and charges kick in.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

I had two x  2yr contracts with Vodafone from June and Aug 2020 - they wanted £6 a day for roaming in Turkey.

I took out 2 Sky sims and used them instead - saving me over £80 during my holiday.

Once I got back from my hols, I ported one of the Vodafone numbers over to Sky - plan to do the 2nd in a few weeks' time.

And the contracts are considerably cheaper than the Vodafone equivalents.
