Hi @Sussexcricket18  did the offer say you had to claim ? What was the offer ? If there was no claim involved they usually arrive after the 31 day cooling off period.

The earbuds were with the  offer,  which was suppose to arrive 30 days after i recieved my samsung phone.  I made claim for the watch which i received.
