Where is phone

Ordered phone last month still not in post called 5 times everytime i get someone who couldnt care less tried to cancel but said meed to wait till arrives and reject it cant order somewhere else incase end up 2 contracts

If you have ordered a latest model iPhone 17 delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
