Hi folks, i bought a Macbook Pro from Sky a few years ago, i cannot find any trace of it on my sky account, i have absolutely no idea how much i have left to pay, my payments come out each month but i have looked all over this sky website and i cannot find my purchase anywhere. My original documents when i purchased it i don't have anymore, just this direct debit. I could of paid it all off a year ago and they could still just be taking my £37 a month payment! I have no idea 🤷♂️
