Where is my phone

I had sent 2 phones in for swap, I receive phone for the swap but sky only aknowlaged 1 phone being received, I can only say this is theft?

Further more the phone I got for the swap no long works only lasted 6 months

Does the tracking show that both phones have arrived and if it does have you called Sky and spoken to them about this ?
