Where is my order?

I ordered a new phone (iPhone 17) on 12th September and when placing the order it said a 1 week delivery. I have still not received my order and it just says coming soon when I look into my order. Can you give me a date? I ordered this phone as it said 1 week delivery.

We are customers here who help each other so as you are not talking to Sky then nobody via here can give you a date. Your account will update when progress is being made as I should imagine at the time Apple are quite busy shipping iphone 18 orders which might be why there is a delay with your order.

@Joanna_D  No one can give you a date as Sky will be awaiting stock from Apple.  You will need to keep checking your order tracking for the most recent update.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
