Where is my data? My 100mb is not showing on my phone

I have a new sky mobile contract with 100mb data allowance under after 2mb used it tells me I am out of data. My phone says it has 2mb data, my phone deal says 100mb.... what's going on??

Hi @SE8  100mb is a tiny amount of data and will be used in seconds with a modern smart phone. That sim is usually intended as an extra sim on your account and can be topped up from your stored piggybank data. You will run out of data every time your data renews if that's your primary sim.

Yup it's 100MB and not 100GB.  (A thousand times smaller)

 

Also, the first period when activating is pro-rata'd to the next billing date.  It will refresh to 100MB but as noted this may only last a few minutes/hours depending on your usage.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
