Hi all, I am trying to claim my free Samsung buds, as I have bought a new phone, I need to find the Invoice number to enable to make the claim. I have hunted through my account and there seems to be no numbers at all!
Any help gratefully received. TIA

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated
