When?

Ordered a phone on Friday, when will I get it? Info says waiting to be dispatched

As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

(Next day delivery can’t really be guaranteed although the website might suggest that quick a turnover is possible).

Had emails confirming everything is checked and ok, but nothing else. No orders showing on my sky account

Hopefully not to long @Lawranced1 as it appears stock is available for your order so you might perhaps see some movement on it over the next week or so.
