Hi @Mum5  sims are normally sent via Royal Mail and should be there within a couple of days of ordering.

Track your eSIM order

 

Your eSIM should be available in your account within a few minutes of ordering. To track your order, sign into My Sky.

Once you've got it, you'll need to activate and/or install it on your eSIM compatible device.
