WhatsApp Video Calls

Hi, would anyone be able to help me. Recently upgraded to an iPhone 17e. When I make or receive a WhatsApp video call, the screen intermittently goes from perfect to a haze of purple and green. Is that an iPhone issue or something I've done wrong. My signal is perfect on the calls.

Someone else reported this on the forum recently.  (It's not a Sky mobile issue)

Ensure your app is the latest version (and look out for updates).

The issue appears to be a video codec issue from the sending to receiving phone.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I've just updated WhatsApp now, so fingers crossed that resolves the issue!
