What date will my SIM card arrive

Ordered SIM card on 10of October got email saying it's cancelled

Are you saying the email you received has told you that your sim card order has been cancelled or did you also order a device and it is this that might be cancelled ?

One email said the card was on its way and one email said it was cancelled

They are delivered by Royal Mail so take up to 3 days (not including Saturday or Sunday):
