Waiting for my new phone

I placed an order for a new Iphone 16 nearly two weeks ago, still says, "Coming Soon", how long do I have to wait, as I may cancel and go somewhere else

You mention iPhone 16. Just in case you've actually ordered a 16 Pro or 16 Pro Max it was announced in the press in mid September those particular models have been discontinued by Apple so there might be significant problems getting any remaining stock by any supplier.
