WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I am using my old provider phone number, however, when I send messages people see sky number which I've never activated.

I tried to move to an eSIM but I have no data at all now?!

 

i tried contacting Sky in ant possible way, there's no support system, no people to talk to. **bleep** is this about? If I have an issue I'll have to solve it by myself? How does this make any sense?!

After using a pac code to transfer this number to your Sky sim did you check within your phones settings that is now showing the correct number and if it is wrong then changed it ?

When messages are coming from the wrong number, it's usually down to  the message settings on the phone (either iMessage on iPhone, or Google Messages on Android) and not something Sky or any other provider can assist with.
