WIX website does not load over Mobile Network

I have a WIX website that does not load over 4g/5g mobile networks, but do load when connected to WIFI.

WIX helpdesk say all settings are correct and its likely to be a SKY blocking problem, but that doesnt help me if clients cannot access my site when not in wifi.

Anyone have the same issue and a workaround?
