Voicemail.

HI all, my voicemail works when my phone is off. But when its on no one can leave a message, i have tried evrything sky are sending a new sim with my number on it. Do you think it will solve the issue. Thanks.

You can only but try it when it arrives.

 

I take it you have try disabling voicemail then enabling it again ?

Is your phone configured to screen incoming calls?
