Voicemail problem with iphone

I am using the sim card (Sky mobile) from my old company mobile (Android) and put it in my new iphone. I recorded a new voice message for when I miss calls and thought all was ok, until someone rang me and told me that my message still stated my old company name (my old message). I recorded it again (by ringing sky 759) and tried it , but it was still my old message. So, I put the sim card back into a Samsung (Android) phone, re-recorded the message and rang the phone to check and sure enough, the new message had recorded.

I then put the sim card back into my iphone and rang the phone again and to my shock, the old message still played!? My conclusion to this is that there must be something within the iphone that has stored my original (old) message and is preventing me from recording a new one. I have tried going into the phone app, selecting voicemail>greeting>custom, however this says ‘The operation couldn’t be completed’.

It's been suggested that It’s likely a back-end sync issue between Sky’s voicemail system and my iPhone, but I can't get to speak to anyone at Sky to help me sprt it out!

Please help!
