Voicemail - cannot turn off secondary greeting

I'm calling 759 and trying to turn off my secondary greeting. Despite going through the menus and being told "Your secondary greeting has now been turned off", any callers are still hearing it. Going back through the menus and the same happens, implying it's not been turned off. Help!

Just to add, using 759 I've now changed both my main voicemail greeting, my secondary voicemail greeting and my "name" greeting and it's STILL using the old message! 

When I try accessing the greetings via Visual Voicemail it never loads. I've restarted the phone. 

It's somewhat unfortunate on my part as it's not very professional to have a voicemail referring to dates now past.
