I have tried calling a mobile number using Vodafone network all day. It keeps returning "this number doesn't exist". I have 3 mobile phone numbers with Sky on 3 different iPhone. All have the same problem. Sky adviser told me to reset the network setting. Of course, I knew it wouldn't work. I called other mobile phones with EE, Sky, O2 and Three. All worked. Any suggestions?

Find out moreIt is difficult to know where or why there is a fault so reporting it again is pretty much the only thing you can do and perhaps one of the people with the Vodafone number can do the same to their network reporting that you number can not call them.

That Vodafone user called my Sky mobile, and I could receive the call. I just can't make call to that Vodafone numbers.

i'm having huge issues receiving calls to my Vodafone number from Sky numbers. However, my wife who is also a Vodafone user can accept calls from me Vodafone to Vodafone, but also from at least two Sky numbers, so it seems very patchy.
whatever it is, it needs sorting out pretty quickly because there will be people out there (myself included) who will be missing vital calls due to this "fault".
Apart from ringing Sky, is there anything else that's been suggested or any other solution? I can't really be ringing Sky to complain about their service not working when I'm the receiver of the call and not the maker of the call. If that makes sense.

Same thing is happening to me since Thursday but the number I'm calling is EE. I've reported it to Sky twice now and they've said reset settings bla bla bla. Every other number I've tried to call since has worked. This number happens to be my partner. Sky don't want to know. I've logged a complaint and will be taking it further.

I called again this morning. I was told to remove the Vodafone number from contact and then reset the network setting. Of course it didn't work. The adviser advanced the issue and expect solution in 48 hours. I doubt it.
