That basically doesn't happen unless you are a high value individual being targeted by a state security agency.
What's much more likely, as @GD1 indicates, is that you've inadvertently downloaded and installed an app which is now generating bogus warnings, typically to gain financial advantage or to compromise your accounts.
It's also not unknown for previously legitimate apps to become compromised if the developer loses or sells control of them.
If you can uninstall the app(s) involved the warnings usually cease. Alternatively you could choose to reset the device back to factory settings.
