Have tried to claim the vip deal on thes26+ but when i add to basket the deal is not applied ?

In vip rewards there's a deal for £35 instead of £38 on s26+

I see the same so I wonder if the discount only shows on the confirmation screen, if not you could try calling Sky to see if they will apply the discount for you.

Looking for a bit of advice if anyone has redeemed successfully.

When going into sky vip it says I can save money on the S26 ultra (Image attached)

When I click redeem offer and go and choose options it shows at the regular price. How do I get it to show the reduced price of £40 pm ?

I have moved your post to one another member @Applechaos created earlier with the very same issue so as I posted above all you can do is to call Sky to see if they can order this for you at the VIP price.

Thanks for this, I have just realised that the sky account was signed in with my wife's account which is a secondary login. 

Now I have logged in as the sky account holder it shows the correct price.

Hopefully this will help someone else if their potentially in the same position.
