Hi, currently there's a vip offer of £2 off monthly fees ie £20 ,vip £18, but when I add the phone to basket it's still £20 and not the £18 as it promised. Thanks G v

Chances are that is for a new SIM, you can always phone up to ask if the offer can be applied to your current SIM.
If you're referring to an actual phone & not a SIM then you can contact support to place the order.
