Hey, has anyone else found the identity verification a little too much jassle?? Ivw just spent nearly an hour teying to take a picture of my passport, amd ot still will not confirm my identity. All Im trying to do is order a new phone, number and plan, and the system will not let me continue to payment confirmation.
Pleaae, if anyone has amswers, would be much appreciated. Thank you for your help.
