If your VIP level is Diamond or above then free roaming applies at the following countries only:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/free-global-roaming-diamond-vip
Everything else remains the same so data is limited to at most 25GB and calls to UK mobiles and landlines are included but calls to local numbers are charged at international rates.
