I still dont understand why I can't view my Mobile Bill online instead of having to phone 150 to speak to someone.

Hurrah and put the kettle on.

I can now see my bills again. Thanks to you.

 

Don't give up butterfly lady eventually they will sort it out. 
It took 3 months of frustration for me but finally, finally I can now look at my bills online.

I know it's a small thing to want to do but it is necessary.
