Unable to make calls abroad

Your post has been moved out of the broadband forum I presume this is Sky mobile related because if it is then there is an ongoing issue with roaming in Spain. A few people have reported success by changing to the 2G network but this hasn't work for all people that have reported this issue on here today.

I have the save issue landed in Spain yesterday

I have been abroad (Spain) for 3 days now and my phone will still not make any calls or texts at all. I have tried all troubleshooting and still no success

No ISP guarantees network coverage whilst abroad as is mentioned in the T's and C's. Sky have no control over it.

Myself and my family are currently in Spain. We are all sky mobile customers with iPhones. None of us are able to make or receive calls. We keep getting the same message, call ended. We all receive the roaming passport charge text daily. We can't even call sky mobile to fix this. Please contact me immediately.

I disconnected the VolTe and activate the 2G and I can make calls and receive too again

I can't make calls. I have data and can text. My kids are on my bill same unlimited package and have no issues. It's really frustrating. I am on holiday in Spain. I have followed all instructions I can find I have tried resetting the phone, I've had the handset re figured, I've toggled airplane mode on and off.

I am currently in spain. I have been able to use my Mobile data 5G but I cannot make or receive my calls. I have followed all steps recommend in the guides and still not having any luck. I have a telephone hospital appointment so really need my phone to be receiving calls.

@Lms5 I'm currently having the same issue in Mallorca, how did you do what you have described, please?
