Using more data than normal

Over the last two weeks my mobile data usage has shot up and I don't know why I wouldn't say I have been using my phone anymore than normal. Can some help why it has shot up ? Thanks

Hi @Jimmy2205  have a look at your phones data monitor and that may show which apps are using it. In the past when I have updated Facebook and X the settings changed to autoplay videos and that used extra data.
