Using mobile in Asia costs

I'm travelling to Hong Kong - Vietnam-Thailand & Singapore how much would it cost to use my mobile for recieving local calls and data usage? Do you to an Asia travel pack upfront?

Sky doesn't do Asia roaming packages so you pay for what you use as you can check yourself here:

Rest of the world charges are usually this but can be even higher:

£2,160 per GB (yes this is correct)

£2.16 per minute Calls to local or UK mobile and landline numbers

£1.80 per minute to receive calls

£0.50 per text message to UK numbers and mobiles

£0.58 per picture message(MMS)

Potentially far more than the airline tickets, so be careful: you really don't want a UK SIM active when you land (and it's best to disable cellular data services on departure to avoid any risk of overflight charges ; )

Note that unfeasably high cellular data costs would typically also apply in, for example, a Gulf state stopover (apart from UAE which, for some reason, is one of the few nations outside Europe with £2 roaming on Sky Mobile)
