@Xoxd  As this is a customer helps customer community nothing can or will happen in response to your post, you'll need to call Sky to request any refunds.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Presumably it was returned in the 31 days cooling off period and you notified Sky you wished to do this? 

If you’d had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

We understand that returns are taking about 3 weeks to be processed and checked for damage etc. If it's been longer than that then you need to contact Sky to chase up the refund.
