There is no receipt / invoice number as such.

 

Your credit agreement number acts as the invoice number. Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre. 

 

As per Skys website ~

"The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills."

 

So look for your credit agreement which will be in your message centre:

https://www.sky.com/mymessages 

 

It may also be a good idea to register any loss/theft on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com
