Upgrading

Each time I try to upgrade it tells me I'm eligible for a swap then says the link is out of date or broken

Best call Sky on 150.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

150 is the numkber to call Sky on so they can help you with this.
