I am trying to help my wife with an upgrade. She is due to upgrade her device, simple enough. But also has the opportunity for a gold rewards £5 for 10GB.
Can this swap be done at the same time or does she have to buy the new sim with the gold rewards and transfer her number over? And then canx her old sim?

Hi @Murr4y87 if it's not showing as available in your account then the deal is for additional sims and would come with a new number. It's not easy to get the old number onto the new sim as you can't port it from one sky sim to another. If you really want the new deal then you would need to order and activate the new sim then port the old number to a different network on PAYG then port back to the new sim. That would also automatically cancel the old sim.
