Upgrading phone on upgrade 24

I've paid 24 payments on my Swap 24 contract and had an email telling me I can swap. Problem is when I try on the app it says I'm not eligible to swap. Any ideas?

Hi @Gary+Guard  if clearing your browser cache or using a different browser doesn't work then call sky on 150 for help with this.
