I'm trying to upgrade my iPad to a Mac via the app but the app isn't allowing me. Keep getting technical error messages but it's been doing this for days now. I have to start the process from scratch time and again with exactly the same result. Any ideas anyone? Please don't tell mei should call customer services or sales because I can't bear doing that, it's so painful.
