Upgrading Sky Mobile

I have Sky Mobile and I am looking to upgrade (which I am elligbile for), however when I click on start upgrade and then proceed to click the make and model of my current phone, it takes me to the next page where I can see it says "Congratulations you are eligibile for an upgrade", the page only stays up for 2 seconds then disappears and comes back with,"The page you are looking for could not be found, go to sky.com". For being a worldwide company, this is pretty poor it has been like this for months now and i simply do not have the time to sit on the phone to someone and chat about an upgrade. I have tried deleting search history etc and still nothing. Can this be done online or I will simly just go elsewhere for my new phone.

If you don't want to call Sky then your only option is to go elsewhere if this error keeps occurring.
