Hi,
I have recently upgraded my deal through VIP rewards and I have received a new SIM. I have been a customer for 3 years and still want to retain my number, this was just a better deal.
When I look at the options to activate the SIM, I'm unclear as to whether I still need to follow through option 2 as the wording is a bit confusing. (as I don't want a new number)
1. It's not a replacement SIM
2. Acivate and get a new number option (although the wording goes on to state if you want to activate the SIM and don't want to transfer or cancel and old number) This seems contradictory?
3. Activate and switch to Sky with PAC etc
Can someone help me clarify how I do this?
Many thanks!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou will need to call Sky about this as the only way you will be able to keep the number on your exsisting sim is to keep using it and ask them if they can put the deal you took out on the sim. This sim you have received can then be cancelled by them. 150 is the free number to use to call them on.
