Upgrade

Hi all if I upgrade from my I phone 11 too a I phone 16e would my old SIM card fit as I'm unsure. As it say e sim on the I phone 16 and I'm can't understand it. TIA.

Hi @Dave1472  yes you can put your sim from an iPhone 11 into a 16e, the 16 e takes both physical and esims.

Yup, I recently moved my Daughter's SIM into an iPhone 16e (From an iPhone 12 I think).

 

It's only the latest iPhone Air that is eSIM only - but I suspect the direction of travel is eSIM only in the future...

you keep telling me i am of data but when i want to get to my piggy bank the symbol doesnt move  i am already on 5g so how do i get more data without going through this situation time and again  it is getting frustrating to say the least   do i need up grade to stop all this

Possibly - if you are using all of the monthly data before the reset then you may have to consider this.  (If you don't have enough Piggybank to roll over)
