Upgrade
I have a phone on my account and would like to bring the bill costs down but keep the same phone can you help?

Hi @Rofting91 the only thing you can do is reduce your monthly data plan in your account. You can't reduce your phone payments. For information this isn't sky CS here, mainly customer helping customer.
