@Rundell The swap option is how you upgrade through Sky, you order a new phone and send your old phone back and the value is used to pay off the remaining credit agreement of your old phone(be aware it's not always sufficient and depends on the condition of the returned phone),
If you want to keep the old phone and just order a new one then you may need to call Sky to place the order.
